Privacy & cookies
What we collect
When you request access we collect your name, email address and your answers to the questions in the form. We also record the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link you clicked, the country your connection appears to come from, and your browser type.
What we do with it
We use it to consider your request, to contact you about ALIVE, and to understand who is interested so we can shape the product. We do not sell it.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage in the normal way: to keep the site working, and for analytics (PostHog) so we can see how the site is used and connect a visit to a request. If you would rather not, block cookies for alive.so in your browser; the form still works.
Who helps us run it
Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Google Workspace (email), PostHog (analytics) and Resend (confirmation email). They are outside Australia and may only use your data to provide their service to us.
How long
For as long as the request list is open, then up to 12 months after ALIVE is generally available. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
Your rights
Email hello@alive.so to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop hearing from us. We reply within 30 days. In Australia you can also contact the OAIC; in the EU or UK, your local supervisory authority.
Changes
This notice is dated at the top. If we change how we use data you have already given us, we will email you first.
For your agent
Let your AI do the reading.
Read https://alive.so and https://alive.so/privacy/ and https://alive.so/llms.txt. Then tell me, in plain language: 1. What ALIVE is, in two sentences. 2. What "a computer dedicated to you" means for my data, and what alive.so itself collects. 3. Whether it fits how I work, given what you know about me. 4. Three questions I should ask before onboarding. Save your summary as a note titled "ALIVE — first read" so you can pick it up when I ask again.
